Privacy and data security
Prepd provides ordering, kiosk, POS and payment software for hospitality businesses. We use customer information only to process orders, support accounts, help restaurants fulfil requests and keep the service secure.
Information we handle
We may process contact details, delivery addresses, order history, loyalty activity, payment references and support messages. Payment card details are entered into the payment provider checkout and are not stored by Prepd.
How the information is used
Order data is used to send orders to the selected restaurant, confirm payment status, provide receipts, support refunds or order questions, improve reliability and protect against fraud or misuse.
Sharing and retention
We share order details with the restaurant fulfilling the order and with service providers needed to run ordering, messaging, hosting and payments. We keep records only for operational, accounting, security and legal purposes.
